Hot-Dip Galvanized Gratings

These gratings are made from materials such as plain carbon flat steel, stainless steel, brass plate, and aluminum plate. The manufacturing process involves grooving, plug-in press-locking, welding, and finishing.

Uses of Hot-Dip Galvanized Gratings

Types of Hot-Dip Galvanized Gratings

Ordinary Hot-Dip Galvanized Gratings

The bearing flat steel is grooved, and the cross bar flat steel is pressed and locked into shape. The maximum height is 100mm, and the length is usually less than 2000mm.

Integral Hot-Dip Galvanized Gratings

The bearing and cross bar flat steel have the same height, with a groove depth of half the bearing flat steel. The height is not more than 100mm, and the length is usually less than 2000mm.

Shading Hot-Dip Galvanized Gratings

The bearing flat steel is grooved at 30° or 45°, and the groove bar flat steel is locked into shape. They can be made from various materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The height is less than 100mm.

Heavy-Duty Hot-Dip Galvanized Gratings

These gratings are formed by interlocking and pressing the high flat steel and cross bar flat steel under 1200 tons of pressure. They are suitable for high span and high load-bearing applications.
