Patterned plates offer several advantages: they are aesthetically pleasing, anti-skid, durable, and efficient in steel usage. These plates are widely used in transportation, construction, decoration, equipment bases, machinery, and shipbuilding.

For most users, mechanical properties are not the primary concern. Instead, the quality of a patterned plate is judged by the pattern formation rate, pattern height, and uniformity. Commonly available thicknesses range from 2.0-8mm, with widths of 1250mm and 1500mm.

Fixing Stair Treads

To properly install stair treads, ensure the wooden board is securely welded and fixed. Typically, anti-skid steel plates serve as supports for wooden steps, with triangular supports welded underneath for added stability.

Welding: Ensure the wooden board is firmly welded to prevent movement.
Support: Use anti-skid steel plates as supports and add triangular supports beneath the plates.
Angle Iron: If angle iron supports at least 70% of the wooden step area, stability is ensured. For extra support, weld triangular supports under the angle iron. These supports should cover 50% of the angle iron’s length.
